With extensive experience in both corporate and social event management, Bree has planned and organised and planned over 600 weddings. She can guide you through the entire planning process, from selecting the perfect venue and coordinating suppliers to adding that special touch to your ceremony.

Bree also brings 15 years of experience in hotel management and sales to her work, providing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. Her background in these areas equips her with a unique perspective and skill set, making her an invaluable asset in planning your perfect day.

Jen Parker

Wedding Planner & Sales Manager

Jen joined our team in 2022 and has quickly become a wiz at wedding organisation! With extensive experience in planning and logistics, she excels in both the big and small details, ensuring your day is perfectly tailored to you. Jen's detailed planning skills and background in event administration make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Jen is also an amazing family and portrait photographer, bringing her expertise in wedding photography to the table. She knows the best times of day to capture stunning imagery and will seamlessly incorporate this into your event schedule.

Born and raised in Canada, Jen met her Australian husband while studying at university on the Gold Coast. Now a mother to two girls, she cherishes her family life in the heart of Burleigh Heads. We adore Jen, and we’re confident you will too!

Natalie Hurley

Wedding Sales Manager

Natalie brings a passion for exceptional client experiences and a genuine love of celebrations to her role as Wedding & Event Sales Manager at Pop Up Event Co.

With a strong background in customer service, sales and event coordination, Natalie works closely with couples and clients from their very first enquiry, helping them find the perfect venue, package and vision for their special day.

Her warm, approachable nature and attention to detail ensure every client feels supported, informed and excited throughout the planning journey.

Sophia is a bubbly and organised person who loves doing things to perfection! Her passion for decor and floral arrangements shines through in every event she styles. She finds joy in the beauty that styling, floral designs, and architecture bring to each occasion.

With five years of experience in hotel management, Sophia has planned, organised, and managed the daily operations of numerous events. Known for her warm and approachable nature, she builds strong relationships with her clients, taking the time to understand their unique vision, style, and preferences.

Sophia believes that every couple deserves a wedding that reflects their love story, personality, and dreams. She works tirelessly to bring their vision to life, ensuring every detail is just right.

Amber is our amazing event stylist and the Head of Event Styling. With a diverse background in teaching, hotels and customer service, she brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to every event she works on.
