Our Pop Up Wedding packages are totally personalised to you and booking is easy! Simply select your wedding location or venue from the options below, complete the booking form, enter your preferred wedding date and pay your deposit or full package amount. Our team will then get to work on confirming the venue's availability and answering any of your special requests. Advance payments are fully refundable if your wedding date cannot be booked.

Pop up weddings are completely private events, where you are booking the ceremony and reception locations exclusively on your chosen wedding date.

PRICE: $6200 incl GST
INCLUSIONS: Your pop up wedding in at Brisbane’s hottest address, The Lushington, Your marriage officiated by a Celebrant plus all legals, PA system and ceremony music, Ceremony styling, Two hour photo-shoot, 150 high-res edited images for your own personal use, Wedding cake with fresh floral topper OR a Bridal bouquet, use of on-site amenities, pre-wedding consultations with our team, a detailed wedding run sheet AND your own on-site wedding coordinator!
TIMES: Your package will run for 2.5 hours as follows (example only for a 3pm pop up wedding):
2.30pm - Guest arrival
3.00pm - Ceremony, congratulations with guests
3.30pm - Cake cutting (optional), group and family photos
3.40pm - Location photoshoot for the bridal party
5.00pm - Conclusion of pop up package

PAYMENT: A $1000 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining amount due 30 days prior to your pop up wedding. After your wedding is confirmed an invoice for your tailored package will be forwarded to you. For all T&Cs please read our "terms of service" on the check out page. We only accept credit card payments online, contact us to make a bank transfer or Paypal payment.
Conditions: Packages are subject to supplier/travel fees on your preferred date. Saturdays incur a surcharge. Blackout dates include some public holidays and major event dates. Bookings placed through this website are tentative until your preferred date is confirmed with our team. Please allow up to 5 working days for confirmation to take place. Deposits are only refundable when availability on your preferred date cannot be met.
